In the TV show Ca $ hman ( Engl. "Money man") is a game show radio station RTL 2 that could not establish itself on German television.
concept
On the street, passers-by were asked by the so-called cashman whether they would do a job for money. These tasks included, for example, fishing table tennis balls out of a ketchup bucket with your face, licking an escalator handrail with your tongue or sipping champagne from worn shoes. For a successfully completed task, the player received a 500 mark note.
The concept of the show originally came from the Netherlands , but did not catch on in Germany. After just two months, the show was canceled again due to low ratings.
criticism
The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung saw in a review of the game show Ca $ hman another level of television losing its claim to good taste. Ca $ hman was also classified as an early stage of today's disgusting television in Germany.
