Cañada Grande , also known as Mevir Cañada Grande , is a town in Uruguay .
geography
Cañada Grande is located in the area of the Department of San José in its sector 6 in the Cuchilla Mangrullo . Settlements in the vicinity are Villa María in the south and Rincón del Pino , Rafael Perazza and Mangrullo - Pueblo Leonico Rivero in the southwest . The Arroyo del Tala and the Arroyo Tala Chico , which belong to the catchment area of the Arroyo Luis Perreira , arise south of the village . North of Cañada Grande is the Cuchilla San José .
