The Cuchilla Mangrullo is a range of hills in Uruguay .
The range of hills is located in the area of the Department of San José . It extends from the Ciudad del Plata to the northwest running a few kilometers behind the coast of the Río de la Plata to at least the town of Puntas de Valdéz .
