Cabal (unit)

Cabal was a volume measure in the salt trade . Its validity lay in the area of the Karlstadt border and was the size of ⅔ of the Pressburger Metzens . It is calculated according to the Austrian measurements. The grain measure , the Kuplenik , was also ⅔ of the Pressburger Metzens and was the same as the Carro.

1 kuplenik = 1829.26 Parisian cubic inches = 36.2858 liters
1 Carro = 60 Cabal = 36.2858 liters
