Cantuğ Temel (born June 10, 1994 in Bafra ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper in the service of Akhisar Belediyespor .

Career

Club career

Temel started club football in the youth of Orduspor . In 2012 he got a professional contract here, but played for the reserve team for one season. In the summer of 2013 he was loaned to third division Istanbul Güngörenspor for two seasons .

After the 2013/14 season, both his contract with Istanbul Güngörenspor and Orduspor was dissolved. In the summer of 2014 Temel was signed by the first division club Akhisar Belediyespor . After just one season he left this club.

National team

Temel began his national team career in 2012 with a commitment for the Turkish U-19 national team. He was then nominated several times for the Turkish U-20 and U-21 national team , but was never used as a substitute keeper in any of these nominations.

In 2013 he played two games for the Turkish Olympic team.
