Capgemini Invent is the management consultancy of the Capgemini Group. The company claims to specialize in "digital innovation, consulting and transformation". According to the Lünendonk list , Capgemini Invent is one of the five international consultancies with the highest turnover in Germany.
In 2010, the consulting company appeared for the first time as an independent brand within the Capgemini Group under the name Capgemini Consulting; however, the consultancy has existed as a division in the group since 1967. The company was renamed Capgemini Invent in 2018.
Capgemini Invent employs over 6000 people in more than 30 locations and 22 “creative studios” worldwide. In terms of the number of employees, the company is one of the largest strategy consultancies of European origin.
German-speaking area
Capgemini Invent has seven locations in Germany, and one in Switzerland and one in Austria. In the DACH region and the Netherlands, Capgemini Invent is headed by Steffen Elsässer and is registered as part of Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, based in Berlin.
