Capo Long Barrow is a trapezoidal west-east oriented mound of earth from the Neolithic period. It is located in a clearing at "North Water Bridge", not far from the "River North Esk", about eight kilometers southwest of Laurencekirk in Aberdeenshire in Scotland .

The approximately 80 m long and 2.5 m high hill is 28 m wide at the east end and 10 m wide at the west end. It is one of the best preserved non-megalithic long mounds in north east Scotland. A topographical field survey with ground penetrating radar provided the first details about the hill and its surroundings in 1999. Some elements of the internal structure of the Long Barrow confirm that Capo has a morphology similar to that of the nearby and excavated mound in Dalladies a kilometer to the north.

Readings

Chippings of the red, so-called "Buchan flint " and white, yellow and yellow-brown chips were found on the hill.
