The Caraquet Rock is a cliff rock in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is 6 km west-southwest of Bell Point off the western section of King George Island .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on September 23, 1960 after the sealer Caraquette [sic!] From Liverpool , who operated under Captain John Usher between 1821 and 1822 in the waters around the South Shetland Islands.
