Carina Vance Mafla
Carina Vance Mafla (* 1977 in Oakland , California ) is an Ecuadorian politician .
Life
Mafla studied at Williams College and the University of California, Berkeley . In 2004 she returned to Ecuador. As the successor to David Chiriboga , she was appointed Minister of Health in the government cabinet of Rafael Correa in 2012 .
