Carlo Canevale
Carlo Canevale (* around 1625 in Lanzo d'Intevi; † around 1690 there) was an Italian-Austrian architect .
Carlo Canevale came from a family of Italian builders from Como . In 1650 he was the construction manager of the Waldhausen collegiate church in Upper Austria. In Vienna he built the Servite Church , the Teutonic Order House and the Teutonic Order Church , the Marian column at the court and the collegiate barracks . From 1660, together with Domenico Carlone , he converted Petronell Castle into a regular four-wing complex.
