Carlo Crisci
Carlo Crisci (born November 6, 1956 in Pompaples ) is a Swiss chef .
Life
His parents were Italian immigrants from Roscigno . In 1982 he and his wife Christine opened the restaurant Le Cerf in Cossonay , which has been awarded two Michelin stars since 1998 . On December 21, 2019, the restaurant was closed after 37 years.
