Carlos Alberto Debole
Carlos Alberto Débole (born November 18, 1915 - † November 3, 1990 ) was an Argentine poet.
Débole has published more than thirty volumes of poetry in the course of his writing career. In addition, he devoted himself in many ways to promoting cultural life in Buenos Aires and Argentina . He founded the magazines Hebe and Nexo , the society El cenáculo and the Fundación Argentina para la Poesía . From 1983 he was President of the Sociedad Argentina de Escritores (SADE) and in this capacity in 1984 he was a juror at the presentation of the literary prizes of the Fundacion Konex . For the volume of poetry Zoo entrañable (1964) he received a SADE award, for Memoria del futuro (1969) the Premio Municipal of Buenos Aires.
