Carlos Lastra

Carlos Lastra (* 1875 in Santiago de Chile ; place and date of death unknown) was a Chilean painter.

Lastra studied at the Escuela de Bellas Artes with Pedro Lira . Between 1896 and 1925 he participated twelve times in the exhibitions of the Salón Official in Santiago, where he won a third and a second prize (1897 and 1900 respectively). Lastra's works can be found in the collections of the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and the Museo Histórico Nacional .
