Carlos José Ochoa (born December 14, 1980 in Caracas ) is a Venezuelan racing cyclist .
Career
Carlos Ochoa was the 2003 Venezuelan runner-up in the time trial . After driving for one year with Team LPR in 2006 , he joined the Professional Continental Team Serramenti PVC Diquigiovanni in 2008 , where he was active until 2014. For this team he won the stage races Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional 2008 and Vuelta a Venezuela 2008 and 2013. He also competed five times in the Giro d'Italia , which he was able to finish four times. His best placement was 30th in 2009 .
