Carlton F. Stewart

Carlton F. Stewart is an American astronomer and asteroid explorer.

He studied astronomy at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and received his diploma with a thesis on The Photometry and Astrometry of Minor Planets .

Together with his professor W. Dan Bruton , he discovered the asteroid (36037) Linenschmidt on August 13, 1999 .
