Carn Ffoi

Carn Ffoi is a rectangular, Iron Age enclosure of about 90.0 × 2.0 m, with strongly rounded corners, which is located in the hamlet of Y Garn, in the "Pembrokeshire Coast National Park" near Fishguard in Pembrokeshire in Wales .

Carn Ffoi is located on a cliff on the northern flank of the "Mynydd Carningli" (the mountain of angels, also called the Holy Mountain). It consists of stretches of collapsed masonry combined with natural cliffs. The access is in the southwest. Carn Ffoi is a simple Hillfort that somehow belongs to the mystical Carningli Hillfort . In folklore it is considered to be the third eye of the “sleeping giant”, the other eyes of which represent Carningli.

According to legend, a night on the mountain makes the visitor either a poet or crazy.
