Carpe Tenebrum is an extreme metal project by the Australian musician Jamie Stinson , which was founded in 1997.
biography
Jamie "Astennu" Stinson came to Norway from Australia in 1997 and started the project shortly afterwards. In the same year he released his debut album , in which he recorded all the instruments himself, Stian "Nagash" Arnesen was involved as a singer. Two years later, a second album was released with the same line-up. Majestic Nothingness and Mirrored Hate Painting were stylistically based on the melodic Black Metal of the time. A third album was released, but without Arnesen's participation and now more to be attributed to Death Metal . After that it became quiet about the project.
