Casa Duró is a residential building in the Andorran municipality of Escaldes-Engordany , in the Principality of Andorra . It is located on Avenida Carlemany and has been a listed building since 2004 because of the special granite architecture .

The building was constructed in two phases between 1953 and 1954. The square plan of the building consists of a ground floor and six floors, the last under the sloping roof. Based on the orientation of Carlemany Avenue, the facade presents some characteristic elements of the granite architecture, such as the round arches in the central windows, the lowered arches in the store openings, the rectangular lintels, the inlaid squares, the irregular granite cladding and the central mansard on the Top, roof.

The Duró house is one of the most important examples of the use of so-called granite architecture in the construction of an apartment building and made this type of construction popular in Andorra at the time.
