The Casa Grande del Pueblo (German: Great House of the People ) is a government building in La Paz , the seat of government in Bolivia . The headquarters of the Bolivian President , the Vice President and other ministries are located here.

The building was inaugurated on August 9, 2018, replacing the previous presidential palace known as Palacio Quemado , which is located on Plaza Murillo . With a height of 119.8 m, the building is one of the highest in the city and in all of Bolivia. It has 29 floors and luxurious furnishings that have been criticized by the opposition but defended as proportionate by the government.
