Casupá is a city in Uruguay .
geography
Casupá is located in the Florida Department in Sector 2 in the Cuchilla del Chamizo . Closest settlements are Fray Marcos in the southwest and Reboledo in the north. The Arroyo Latorre rises south of Casupá and the Arroyo Sauce de Casupá flows past to the east.
history
On July 5, 1956, Casupá was legally regulated by Ley No. 12,297 classified as a villa .
Infrastructure
Route 7 runs through the village . In addition, the Montevideo - Melo railway runs through Casupá.
