Cealadragus was a Samtherrscher the Wilzen from 823rd

He was the son of Liub, probably a prince of the Wilzen. In 823 he was mentioned when he appeared at King Ludwig the Pious . The Wilzen people ( "populus Wilzorum" ) had chosen him as the new velvet ruler after they had deposed his brother Milegast . Ludwig confirmed the choice.
