Cecilia Bannerman
Cecilia Bannerman is a leading politician in Ghana . She is a member of the important Ghanaian constitutional body, the Council of State .
In the first term of President John Agyekum Kufuor's first term, Bannermann served as Minister of Manpower Development and Employment (2001 to 2003) and later as Minister of Mines between 2003 and 2005. The Ministry was merged with the Ministry of Land Use and Forestry to form the Ministry of Mining, Land Use and Forestry under Minister Dominic Fobih in 2005 .
