Cefetra is a Dutch wholesaler in the agricultural sector. Above all, Cefetra is a supplier of grain and soy for the compound feed industry in Europe. In addition, raw materials for the food and biofuel industries are traded. The trading volume in 2014 was around 18.5 million tons.

history

Cefetra's origins lie in the Centraal Bureau , which was founded in 1899. In 2002, Cefetra became independent from Cebeco and changed its name from Cebeco Feed Trading BV to Cefetra BV. At the end of 2011, the ForFarmers Group , Agrifirm and AgruniekRijnvallei Holding were shareholders in Cefetra. In September 2012, Baywa bought the entire company shares.
