Central European History

Central European History  is an academic journal of the science of history . It is published quarterly by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the Central European History Society (CEHS, formerly the Conference Group for Central European History ) in the American Historical Association .

Central European History was founded in 1968 and is edited by Andrew I. Port and Julia Torrie. The magazine covers all areas of the history of Central Europe from the Middle Ages to the present day. To ensure the quality of the contributions submitted, the journal is subject to the usual peer review procedure .
