The Center de Documentation sur les Migrations Humaines is a Founded in 1993, Migration Museum and migration archive in Dudelange , Luxembourg .

Before the development of the Luxembourg iron and steel industry, many Luxembourgers emigrated to America or looked for work in neighboring France or Belgium. With the boom in the Luxembourg iron and steel industry, this development was reversed and workers came from Germany, France and Belgium. At the end of the 19th century, the Italian Quarter was built next to the Dudelange ironworks . In addition to mainly Italian seasonal workers, many migrants of different nationalities lived here with their families. After the smelter was demolished, the traditional residents left the area and mainly Portuguese-speaking immigrants from Portugal and the Cape Verde Islands moved there.

The documentation center is located in the Dudelange train station, built in 1897, near the Italian quarter and is an important memorial for the migration movements in Luxembourg. According to the concept of a “museum without walls”, the exhibition should include the Italian quarter beyond the train station in the sense of a living museum.
