Center for Access to Football in Europe (CAFE) is a non-profit organization. It was founded with funds from UEFA in 2009 with the aim of giving disabled fans the opportunity to participate in live football matches across the UEFA region.

task

In 2009, UEFA funded the creation of the new independent organization to advise it on integrating disabled people more into football. Every year CAFE organizes coordinated actions across Europe. CAFE aims to support the improvement of accessible facilities and services in stadiums, raise awareness of access and integration into the game, provide support for disabled football fans and set up a network of disabled fan groups. For example, CAFE organizes free commentary for a live game with the organization Handicap Fanclub football national team HFCFN.

partner

CAFE works with UEFA as well as with numerous national football associations.
