Cerro Signorelli , also known as El Mirador , is a town in northern Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the northeastern part of the Artigas department in Sector 1 south of the department capital Artigas . To the east borders Cerro San Eugenio . The Arroyo Tamanduá runs around two kilometers to the west .
