The Ch'ŏngnyŏn Hot'el (also youth hotel) is a hotel in the capital of North Korea , Pyongyang .

The building opened on May 1, 1989 and is located at the intersection of Chongchun and Kwangbok Streets in the Mangyŏngdae-guyŏk district . Like many buildings on this street, it was erected on the occasion of the 13th World Festival of Youth and Students .

It is about 15 minutes from the city center. Facilities include a swimming pool, sauna and shops for books and souvenirs. An Air China office can also be found. The country's first fast-food restaurant was located here until around 2017 . More than 800 guests can be accommodated in more than 400 rooms and suites.

In total, the hotel is 30 floors or 107 meters high.
