Chaîne de Banfora

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Chaîne de Banfora is a range of hills in southwest Burkina Faso between Banfora and Bobo-Dioulasso , where the western sandstone massifs merge into the plain. The famous Cascades de Banfora are located near Banfora . The combination of high rainfall and a pronounced relief causes the comparatively high biodiversity of the Chaîne de Banfora.
