The Champagne-Kriegs-Zeitung was a German military newspaper that appeared irregularly at first and later twice a week. Between 1915 and 1917 a total of 276 issues appeared. Until the 33rd edition (1915) it was called the war newspaper of the 8th Reserve Corps . It was made in the Champagne field during World War I and issued by the 8th Reserve Corps of the German Army.

The places of publication between 1915 and 1917 were initially Monthois , later Savigny . The newspaper was founded on the orders of Lieutenant General Fleck in January 1915. Until April 1915, the contributions were written and hectographed on the typewriter. Then a hand platen press was used, and finally two high-speed presses. The following were involved in the editing: Captain Werner, Deputy Sergeant Kaufmann Ebert, Corporal Reinmann, writer Schultze, and court professor Jeidls. The newspaper was discontinued on December 31, 1917 with No. 276. It went up in the war newspaper of the 1st Army , which was directed by the former editors of the Champagne war newspaper.
