Changting
Changting ( Chinese 长汀 县 , Pinyin Chángtīng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city Longyan in the Chinese province of Fujian . It has an area of 3,090 km² and has 490,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large municipality of Tingzhou (汀州 镇).
The seat of the former Soviet government in Changting ( Changting geming jiuzhi长汀 革命 旧址) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (3-29) since 1988 .
