Liancheng
Liancheng ( Chinese 连 城县 , Pinyin Liánchéng Xiàn ) is a district in the district-free city of Longyan in the Chinese province of Fujian . It has an area of 2,951 km² and a population of 330,000. Its main town is the large municipality of Lianfeng (莲峰 镇).
The old bookstore of Sibao (Sibao shufang jianzhu 四 堡 书坊 建筑) - a famous site of Chinese wood panel printing - and the historic village of Peitian (Peitiancun gu jianzhuqun 培 田村 古 建筑 群) from the Ming and Qing dynasties have been in existence since 2001 and 2006 on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China .
