The circle Chang Yuan ( Chinese  长垣县 , Pinyin Chángyuán Xiàn ) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Xinxiang in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of ​​1,051 km² and has a population of around 820,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Chengguan ( 城关 镇 ).
