The independent city of Huixian ( Chinese  辉县 市 , Pinyin Huīxiàn Shì ) belongs to the administrative area of ​​the independent city ​​of Xinxiang in the central Chinese province of Henan . Huixian has an area of ​​2,007 km² and has a population of around 780,000 (2003).

The Mengzhuang -Stätte (Mengzhuang Yizhi孟庄遗址), the site Baiquan ( "Hundred Springs") (Baiquan百泉), the site of the ancient city of Gongcheng (Gongcheng chengzhi共城城址) and the Baiyun Temple (Baiyun si白云寺) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
