Charon (magazine)
The Charon was a monthly literary magazine appearing from 1904, which was founded by Otto zur Linde and Rudolf Pannwitz . In the First World War the publication was discontinued. The smaller Charon notebooks appeared from 1920 .
Employees were u. a. Karl Röttger and Rudolf Paulsen .
The programmatic goal of the magazine was the liberation from the art of naturalism . In this context there is also the polemic Arno Holz and the Charon by Otto zur Linde, in which mysticism and irrationality are valued.
