The Chasaposervikos ( Χασαποσέρβικος ) or Servikos ( Σέρβικος ) is a dance in 2/4 rhythm related to the Chasapiko . There are numerous dances from Southeast Europe and the Mediterranean to the Black Sea , which are very similar to the Chasaposervikos.

The dance is danced in the T-posture in an "open circle" or in a "round line". So there is a leading and a closing person. The group, which can consist of any number of people, moves to the right. The music is "fast".

The Chasaposervikos differs from the Chasapiko in the following features:

  • the pace is faster than with Chasapikos,
  • it is danced in a "round line",
  • Chasapiko only dance two or three people next to each other.
