Chief Content Officer
In many Anglophone countries, the chief content officer ( CCO ) is a member of the board of a company who, as chief officer, is responsible for the content strategy as well as the development and production of media content for the company. In media companies or broadcasting companies , such as Netflix , whose strategy is heavily geared towards creating films and series in- house productions , the CCO is responsible for the company's entire programming . Occasionally, Anglo-Saxon titles like these are used in the course of the internationalization of companies in German-speaking countries, but without being relevant under commercial or corporate law.
