The Université Moderne Chinguitt ( Arabic جامعة شنقيط العصرية, DMG Ǧāmiʿat Šinqīṭ al-ʿAṣrīya ) is a university in the capital Nouakchott of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania . It opened on December 21, 2006. Its president is Mohammed El-Mokhtar Ould Bah .
