from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Christer Persson (* 1943 in Limhamn ) is a Swedish writer . He currently lives in Höllviken .

When he was presented with the Aftonbladet Literature Prize , the jury wrote:

“With his novel Drakdödaren (“ Dragonslayer ”), Christer Persson has vividly exposed a civilizational dilemma: on the one hand, the destruction of the environment as a background plot of the novel and, on the other hand, he tells with natural certainty about a young person who is involved in it Civilization is pushing. The novel is an indictment, but at the same time it is a nuanced description of a spiritual life in protest and those around him. Respect for prose that is thoroughly superior. "
