The Christian Social Youth (CSJ) ( Luxembourgish : Chrëschtlech-Sozial Jugend , French : Jeunesse Chrétienne-Sociale ) is the youth organization of the Christian-democratic Luxembourg Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei . The association was founded in December 1953 and is a founding member of the Youth of the European People's Party (YEPP), which was established in 1997, and maintains good relations with its sister parties from neighboring Belgium ( Jeunes CdH and Jong CD&V ), Germany (JU - Junge Union Deutschlands) and France ( Jeunes Populaires ).

At the 2016 National Congress, Elisabeth Margue was elected as the first female chairperson of the youth organization.

The CSJ also includes the student union CSJ pupils and students . Every CSV member between the ages of 16 and 33 is a member of the youth organization.

The association is a member of the CGJL (Conférence générale des Jeunes Luxembourgeoises, Luxembourg youth conference).
