The Chuos Mountains are a prominent mountain ridge in Namibia and run west of the significantly flatter Klan Mountains . The Chuos Mountains are around 30 km south of Usakos and extend over an area of around 140 km². The highest peak is at 1272 m above sea level.
To the east of the Chuos Mountains lie the Otjipatera Mountains ( 1446 m ).
