The  Cincinnati Rockers  were an  arena football team from Cincinnati, Ohio that played in the Arena Football League (AFL). The Rockers played their home games at the Riverfront Coliseum .

history

The Rockers were formed in 1992 and only played in the AFL for two years. They reached the playoffs once. After 5,700 season tickets were sold in the first season and an average of 13,682 spectators attended the Rockers' games, the number of spectators fell by almost 50% in the second season. The franchise was then dissolved.

For their debut season, the former NFL quarterback and former first round draft pick of the Colts Art Arbitrator could be committed. The contract earned him $ 40,000.
