Ciro Gojorani

Ciro Gojorani (born January 21, 1834 in Pescia ; † 1908 ) was an Italian writer .

Life

Gojorani had to leave Toscana as a student of the Collegios zu Pistoja because of his participation in political activities, studied law in Turin from 1851-54, while at the same time working as a collaborator in revolutionary magazines, as a result and because of his Versi di un esule toscano, he was also from Piedmont banished and now turned via Bellinzona to Geneva, where he founded the Società italiana di mutuo soccorso .

Returning to Piedmont later, he received the professorship of history at the College in Ivrea, then worked as a teacher at various lycees, also temporarily out of service, and since 1875 was director of studies in the province of Umbria.
