Clateus

Clateus († 64 in Brescia ) was an early Christian saint and martyr . According to tradition, he was the first bishop of the city of Brescia and is said to have fallen victim to the Neronian persecution of Christians . Viator is named as his successor in the episcopate.

The saint's feast day is June 4th .
