Claudius Alpinus

Claudius Alpinus (his praenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 1st century AD .

A military diploma dated July 12, 96 proves that Alpinus 96 was in command of the Cohors VI Thracum , which at that time was stationed in the province of Moesia superior .
