history

CVP Clean Value Plastics GmbH, founded in 2005, has its origins in an engineering office for application and process technology. At that time, industrial companies were supported in the introduction of new process technologies. With the founding of CVP, there was a focus on the recycling sector. The HydroDyn technology has been patented based on expertise in the field of process engineering and competence in recycling. Today, CVP provides state-of-the-art technologies and services to increase the efficiency of recycling plants.

In 2007, the first system with the patented HydroDyn technology from CVP was completed for the disposal company Sita in Göbitz Torna near Zeitz. A second recycling plant for PET bottle recycling was put into operation in 2010 for the Meister Recycling company near Fulda with the HydroDyn technology supplied by CVP.

HydroDyn

HydroDyn is a process based on the refiner technology known from the wood-based materials and paper industries. Contaminated plastic waste is cleaned in a closed water cycle. A hydrodynamic friction wash enables savings in plastic recycling and produces regrind that is free of cellulose and glue. The HydroDyn technology means that no chemicals are required in plastics recycling, which protects the environment and reduces recycling costs.
