Cleaver (propeller)

A cleaver is a special shape for propellers that are usually used in racing . The leading edge is rounded, while the trailing edge is cut straight. A cleaver generates little buoyancy at the bow, which is why it can be used on boats that already have strong dynamic buoyancy at the bow.
