Clemens doctor

Clemens Arzt (* 1958 ) is a German law scholar and university professor.

Doctor was a research assistant at the Center for European Legal Policy in Bremen, then a consultant for energy and nuclear law at the Senate Department for Urban Development and Environmental Protection and later legal advisor for Greenpeace .

Since 1999 he has been Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR) specializing in Police and Regulatory Law and Director of the Research Institute for Public and Private Security (FÖPS).
