College of Banking & Financial Studies
The College of Banking & Financial Studies is a state college in Oman and is located in Ruwi near Muscat . The college began teaching in 2005.
Cooperations
On March 9, 2005, a cooperation agreement was signed between the college and the AABFS ( Arab Academy For Banking and Financial Sciences ). It also has a partnership with the UK's Strathclyde Graduate School of Business.
As part of this cooperation, the college offers an international MBA program (admission requirement: university degree and at least three years of professional experience). There are also two four-year bachelor's degrees in
- Accounting & Finance (in collaboration with Bradford University ) and
- Banking and Financial Sciences (together with the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordan)
There are also some two-year diploma courses.
