Ruwi
Ruwi ( Arabic روي, DMG Ruwī ) is a place not far from Muscat , the capital of Oman . Ruwi is part of the Wilaya Matrah and is a center within the Muscat Capital Area .
The place is north of the Al Wadi al Kabir district and south of Matrah. Ruwi is Muscat's banking and business district. The main Ruwi High Street has jewelers, a fish market, a shopping mall, restaurants and several cinemas. The tallest building in the district is the Sheraton Oman Hotel.
